  • I understand that for the UP System to carry out its mandate under the 1987 Constitution, the UP Charter, and other laws, that the University must necessarily process my personal and sensitive personal information.
  • I CONSENT TO and recognize the authority of the University of the Philippines to process my personal and sensitive personal information, pursuant to the UP Privacy Notice and applicable laws.

Nomination of Committee and Plan of Coursework

Note: New regular students should submit a Plan of Study during the first semester of residency. This also implies that new regular Ph.D. students should have their qualifying exam during the first semester of residency.

Note: No need to submit TCG when applying for an exam. Public Announcement is required for Thesis/Dissertation and Ph.D.-R Graduate Seminar presentation.

Note: Students doing their MA/MS (Ph.D.) thesis (dissertation) should have an approved title and outline on or before the end of their 2nd (3rd) semester of thesis (dissertation) enrolment.
